A Flexible Delivery resource supporting the TAA04 Training Package - TAA eLearning Toolbox 12.10
The Toolbox and its learning environment are based on a fictional Registered Training Organisation (RTO) called Optimal Learning Solutions (OLS), which offers assessment and training services to clients in both the VET and industry sectors.
The learner takes on the role of a trainer/assessor who is required to carry out specific tasks, where each unit within the Toolbox has a structured ‘project’ that the learner is required to complete. The projects are designed to support as many performance criteria from each unit as possible; either through the actual task/s the learner is required to complete, or via demonstrations and/or scenarios from within the OLS training and assessment context.

Small Business Management Toolbox 12.12 supporting the BSB07 Training Package
The new Small Business Management Toolbox 12.12 is designed to:
• Assist people working in or planning to work in small businesses
• Provide small business owners and managers with a range of skills and competencies to enable them to establish and grow their small business ventures

Each unit of competency contains the following: Topic pages, self tests, activities, example businesses and references.

New Cybertots Toolbox 12.11 supporting the CHC08 & HLT07 Training Packages
The focus of the 12.11 Cybertots Toolbox is a virtual child care centre, Cybertots, where the learner assumes the role and completes activities that a real children’s services worker would perform.
Through problem-based projects and communication activities in which the learner will 'interact' with the workers and children at Cybertots, they learn the skills and knowledge necessary for working in the child care profession.
The units of competency are grouped into projects, with each project containing one or more section to focus learning on a particular skill set or area of knowledge. This approach reflects the way learners are assessed in the workplace, allowing them to follow a natural learning progression. The Toolbox contains a wealth of resources to support active learning.
