What is a Toolbox? Flexible Learning Toolboxes (Toolboxes) are high quality, cost effective e-learning products that are provided on CD-ROM and can be installed on a server or used on a stand-alone computer. Toolboxes are a product of the national training system’s e-learning strategy, the Australian Flexible Learning Framework. They are developed by education specialists in close consultation with industry professionals and are aligned to nationally endorsed training packages.
